Eligibility requirements

Women age 18+ with a DSM-5-TR diagnosed substance use disorder who meet ASAM Level 3.1, 3.3, or 3.5 placement criteria; medically and psychiatrically stable for non-hospital residential care; willing to participate in programming (including parenting programming) and abide by house rules.

Pregnant, parenting, and reunifying women are served. Children residing with their mother must meet program age and safety parameters with appropriate custody documentation. 

Type of housing support provided

24-hour staffed residential housing where mothers reside together with their children — community, home-like settings with shared living, kitchen, and dining spaces; group rooms; child-friendly and play areas; and private or semi-private bedrooms that accommodate mothers and children.

Length of stay

Varies by level of care and clinical need. Program goals reference engagement benchmarks (e.g., 60+ days at Level 3.1; at least 30 days of residential treatment at 3.3/3.5), with length individualized and guided by the treatment plan and ASAM criteria.
