Mothers Move Mountains (MMM) welcomes referrals for women who may benefit from our residential substance use treatment and supportive services. Referrals may be submitted directly by the individual seeking services or by a professional or organization assisting with care.

Who Can Make a Referral?

Referrals are accepted from:

  • Individuals seeking services for themselves
  • Treatment programs and community-based organizations
  • Clinicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals

MMM provides services exclusively to women, including women with children.

How the Referral Process Works

1. Submit a Screening Request
Begin by requesting a screening through our website. Please provide accurate contact information so that a member of our administrative team can follow up.

2. Phone Screening
After the screening request is received, a member of the MMM administrative team will contact the prospective client to complete an initial phone screening. This conversation helps us gather basic information about the individual's needs, current circumstances, and the type of support being requested.

3. Eligibility and Medical Necessity Review
Information collected during the screening is reviewed to determine whether the prospective client meets the appropriate eligibility and medical necessity criteria for services at Mothers Move Mountains.

4. Initial Appointment
If the appropriate criteria are met, our team will schedule an initial appointment and provide information regarding the next steps in the admissions process.

If another level of care or service appears to be more appropriate, the individual may be advised of other resources or treatment options when available.

Referring a Client

Professionals and organizations referring a client are encouraged to provide relevant information that may assist with the screening and admissions process. Our team will follow up with the prospective client to complete the required screening before an admission decision is made.

Important Admission Information

Mothers Move Mountains does not accept walk-ins.

All prospective clients must complete the referral and screening process before an initial appointment or admission can be scheduled.

Submitting a referral or screening request does not guarantee admission. Placement is based on eligibility, medical necessity, program appropriateness, and availability.
