Our Mission

Mothers Move Mountains provides a safe, nurturing home where women and their children can heal together. We walk alongside mothers on their recovery journey, offering compassion, support, and the tools they need to build a life free from substance use—while keeping their families whole.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every mother has the opportunity to recover with her children by her side. We see women reclaiming their strength, rebuilding their confidence, and creating stable, loving homes where both they and their children can thrive for generations to come.

Our Philosophy

We believe in the power of mothers.

Recovery is possible, and it is stronger when families stay together. We know that women who enter our program carry incredible strength—even when they cannot yet see it in themselves. Our role is not to fix, but to support. Not to judge, but to understand.

We meet each woman where she is, honoring her unique story, her challenges, and her dreams. We recognize that substance use does not define who she is as a mother or as a person. Healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with our children, and with a community that believes in us.

At Mothers Move Mountains, we create space for women to rediscover their voices, reconnect with their children, and rebuild their lives on a foundation of hope. We understand that the bond between mother and child is a powerful force for healing, and we nurture that bond every step of the way.
